Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website therealvacations.com ("the Site") and the services offered by The Real Vacations ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Overview
The Real Vacations provides curated, all-inclusive group travel packages including accommodations, event tickets, transportation, and experiences. We act as a travel organizer and coordinator, working with third-party hotels, venues, transportation providers, and service partners to deliver your trip experience.
Booking and Reservations
To book a trip, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting a deposit or payment, you confirm that all information you provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation via email. Trip availability is limited and subject to change. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your spot. Deposit amounts vary by trip and are specified on each trip's detail page (typically $500).
Payment plans: After your deposit, the remaining balance can be paid in monthly installments. Final payment is due 45-60 days before departure (exact date provided at booking).
Pay in full: You may pay the full trip cost at the time of booking.
Late payments: If a scheduled payment is missed, we will attempt to contact you. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts already paid.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund of deposit and any payments made.
After 24 hours: Deposits are non-refundable. However, your reservation may be transferred to another traveler for a $50 administrative fee.
45+ days before departure: Payments beyond the deposit may be refunded minus a processing fee, at our discretion.
Less than 45 days before departure: No refunds will be issued. Transfers to another traveler are still available with a $50 fee.
No-show: If you do not show up for your trip without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances. We can provide insurance options at the time of booking.
Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another person at any time up to 14 days before departure for a $50 administrative fee. The new traveler must meet all trip requirements and agree to these Terms of Service. To process a transfer, contact us at contact@therealvacations.com.
Trip Changes and Cancellations by Us
While we make every effort to deliver trips as advertised, circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, venue cancellations, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events) may require us to modify or cancel a trip.
If we cancel a trip: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or you may apply your payments to another available trip. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred (such as airfare, time off work, or other travel arrangements).
If we modify a trip: We will notify you of any significant changes (date, venue, hotel) as soon as possible. If the changes are unacceptable to you, you may cancel for a full refund.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our trip packages but is highly recommended. Insurance can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. We partner with insurance providers and can offer coverage options at the time of booking. Purchasing insurance is your responsibility.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification (passport, Real ID, or government-issued photo ID) for travel. You are responsible for arriving at designated meeting points on time. You are responsible for your own conduct during the trip — any behavior that disrupts the group or violates hotel/venue policies may result in removal from the trip without refund. You must comply with all local laws and regulations at your destination.
Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, spin-to-win prizes, or early booking incentives. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, may have expiration dates, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, are limited to one use per booking, and have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of The Real Vacations and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
Our website contains affiliate links to third-party services including Ticketmaster, Klook, TicketNetwork, Expedia, and others. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites.
Limitation of Liability
The Real Vacations acts as an organizer and coordinator. We are not the direct provider of accommodations, transportation, event tickets, or other services included in our packages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the actions or omissions of hotels, airlines, transportation providers, venues, or other third-party service providers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your trip.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and resolved in the courts of Georgia.
