Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website therealvacations.com ("the Site") and the services offered by The Real Vacations ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Overview
The Real Vacations provides curated, all-inclusive group travel packages including accommodations, event tickets, transportation, and experiences. We act as a travel organizer and coordinator, working with third-party hotels, venues, transportation providers, and service partners to deliver your trip experience.
Booking and Reservations
To book a trip, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting a deposit or payment, you confirm that all information you provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after the applicable payment requirement is completed and TRV provides written booking confirmation. For supplier-backed custom travel, a TRV quote approval or payment does not by itself mean that every airline, hotel, rental-car, ticket, cruise, villa, or other third-party component has been supplier-confirmed; supplier confirmation details are provided after the applicable reservation is secured.
Travel Requests and Supplier Confirmation
When you submit a custom, concierge, or last-minute travel request, The Real Vacations begins work on your requested itinerary and supplier availability. Submission of a request does not itself create a confirmed airline, hotel, resort, villa, rental-car, cruise, ticket, or other supplier reservation.
Your request may be described as secured with TRV or awaiting supplier confirmation. A supplier reservation is confirmed only when availability and final pricing are verified, any required payment authorization is completed, and The Real Vacations sends written confirmation or supplier confirmation credentials.
Last-minute or expedited requests may include an additional professional service fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is processed. Supplier prices and availability may change until confirmation is completed.
Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
Deposits: A TRV deposit is required only when the specific trip, package, or quote displays a configured deposit amount. If no TRV deposit is shown, no TRV deposit option applies to that booking.
TRV installment plans: Automatic monthly installments are available only when the specific trip, package, or quote has been configured for a TRV installment plan. When available, checkout displays the required deposit, payment schedule, and final due date before authorization.
Other payment options: Pay-in-full and eligible Stripe-supported payment methods may be offered depending on the transaction and customer eligibility. Third-party financing options are separate from TRV installment plans.
Late payments: If a scheduled payment is missed, we will attempt to contact you. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts already paid.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation, refund, credit, change, and transfer terms vary by trip, package, supplier, rate type, and booking component. The terms that apply to your reservation will be shown with the trip or quote before payment and are incorporated into your booking confirmation.
Non-refundable components: Some deposits, event tickets, airfare, promotional rates, insurance, or other supplier charges may become non-refundable immediately or according to the supplier's rules.
No-show or unused services: Refunds or credits for missed travel, unused services, or no-shows are subject to the applicable supplier and booking terms.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because supplier penalties and non-refundable amounts may apply even when a traveler must cancel for an unexpected reason.
Transfers
Traveler-name changes or transfers are allowed only when permitted by the applicable supplier, rate, ticket, or package terms. Any supplier-imposed fare difference, change fee, reissue cost, or TRV administrative charge will be disclosed before the transfer is completed.
Trip Changes and Cancellations by Us
While we make every effort to deliver trips as advertised, circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, venue cancellations, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events) may require us to modify or cancel a trip.
If we cancel a trip: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or you may apply your payments to another available trip. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred (such as airfare, time off work, or other travel arrangements).
If we modify a trip: We will notify you of any significant changes (date, venue, hotel) as soon as possible. If the changes are unacceptable to you, you may cancel for a full refund.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our trip packages but is highly recommended. Insurance can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. We partner with insurance providers and can offer coverage options at the time of booking. Purchasing insurance is your responsibility.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification (passport, Real ID, or government-issued photo ID) for travel. You are responsible for arriving at designated meeting points on time. You are responsible for your own conduct during the trip — any behavior that disrupts the group or violates hotel/venue policies may result in removal from the trip without refund. You must comply with all local laws and regulations at your destination.
Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, spin-to-win prizes, or early booking incentives. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, may have expiration dates, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, are limited to one use per booking, and have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of The Real Vacations and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
Our website may contain affiliate or referral links to selected third-party travel, lodging, transportation, ticketing, activity, and related services. When a link is an affiliate link and you make an eligible purchase, TRV may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and TRV does not control their content, availability, pricing, or accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
The Real Vacations acts as an organizer and coordinator. We are not the direct provider of accommodations, transportation, event tickets, or other services included in our packages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the actions or omissions of hotels, airlines, transportation providers, venues, or other third-party service providers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your trip.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your booking or trip experience, please contact us first at kc@therealvacations.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and resolved in the courts of Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
