1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Real Vacations website (therealvacations.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Real Vacations provides curated group travel experiences including trip planning, booking coordination, and travel support. We act as a travel coordinator, not a licensed travel agency or carrier.
3. Booking & Payment
A deposit (typically $500) is required to secure your spot on any trip. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. All prices are in US dollars and per person unless otherwise noted. Prices are based on double occupancy unless a different room configuration is selected.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another traveler with a $50 transfer fee. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
5. Discount Codes
Discount codes obtained through our spin wheel promotion are single-use, valid for 48 hours from the time of issuance, and cannot be combined with other offers. Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Codes apply only when paying in full at time of booking.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Real Vacations is not responsible for losses due to trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
The Real Vacations acts as a coordinator and is not liable for acts of third-party vendors, airlines, hotels, event venues, or other service providers. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages that occur during travel.
8. Changes to Trips
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or other trip details due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue changes, safety concerns, etc.). We will notify travelers of significant changes as soon as possible.
9. Trip Cancellation by Us
In the rare event we must cancel a trip, we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future trip of your choice. We will work with you to find the best alternative.
10. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
